Air-Fried Mexican Style Corn
Ingredients:
1 ear of corn (or how much you want to make!)
Mexican Crema
Cotija Cheese
Cilantro (optional)
1 Lime
Equipment:
Air Fryer
Really big knife
Instructions:
Shuck all the corn thoroughly, removing all the fibers.
Using your big knife, chop the corn into smaller slices the best you can.
Place the corn slices into your air fryer basket.
Air fry the corn at 350° for 15 minutes.
Check on it after 15 minutes, and cook for a little longer if you like it crispier.
Take out the corn and place on a plate
Drizzle the corn with the Mexican Crema
Sprinkle as much cotija cheese as your heart desires
Add some chopped cilantro if you like it (no need if you don’t like cilantro!)
Squeeze some lime on top
Enjoy!
