Air-Fried Mexican Style Corn

Ingredients:

  • 1 ear of corn (or how much you want to make!)

  • Mexican Crema

  • Cotija Cheese

  • Cilantro (optional)

  • 1 Lime

Equipment:

  • Air Fryer

  • Really big knife

Instructions:

  • Shuck all the corn thoroughly, removing all the fibers.

  • Using your big knife, chop the corn into smaller slices the best you can.

  • Place the corn slices into your air fryer basket.

  • Air fry the corn at 350° for 15 minutes.

  • Check on it after 15 minutes, and cook for a little longer if you like it crispier.

  • Take out the corn and place on a plate

  • Drizzle the corn with the Mexican Crema

  • Sprinkle as much cotija cheese as your heart desires

  • Add some chopped cilantro if you like it (no need if you don’t like cilantro!)

  • Squeeze some lime on top

  • Enjoy!
