Quick and Easy Ghraybeh Cookies

Ingredients:
½ cup of ghee (solid)
1 cup powdered sugar
Drop of rose water
1 cup all purpose flour
Optional: pistachios
Equipment:
Oven
Mixing bowl
Spatula
Measuring cups
Electric hand mixer
Baking sheet
Parchment paper
Cooling rack
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Add ghee and powdered sugar into a medium mixing bowl, mix until combined using electric hand mixer
Add rose water and flour to the mixture, mix using a spatula until a dough forms
Shape dough into 12 balls and place them on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper
Using your thumb, press down on each cookie to make a small dimple. Optional: add a pistachio in the dimple of the dough
Bake for about 15 minutes until cookies are golden brown
Let sit for a few minutes then place on a cooling rack
